Elite not only helps your plants flourish year-round but will
also add a beautiful, architectural statement to your
home. This remarkable home greenhouse comes standard with a bronze
or white aluminum frame, a high-quality storm door, and thermostatically
controlled roof vents, and can be designed to meet most loading requirements
for local building codes.
There are many standard styles and models
available that can be customized to fit your needs and budget.
Lengths start at 10’ and increase by 30-1/2” multiples
to reach your desired length, and we also have widths from
6’ to 20’. Prices start as low as $3,500. You can download

THE CULTIVATOR ELITE'S STANDARD FEATURES:
FRAME:
• Extruded aluminum frame
• Choice of bronze or white baked-on enamel finish
• Steel fasteners at all connections
• 4-1/2” on 12” roof pitch
• All framing members are pre-cut and pre-drilled
COVERING:
• 1/8” clear tempered glass
• 1/8” bronze-tinted glass
• 8mm clear, twinwall polycarbonate (available on straight
eave models only)
DOOR:
• All models available with single storm door(s)
• 12', 16', and 20' wide stand-alone models available
with double Pella storm doors
• 1-5/8” heavy-duty frame
• Elegant brass handle
• Keyed deadbolt for security
VENTILATION:
• One continuous row of screened, thermostatically controlled
roof vents
• Door features sliding screened window
FOUNDATION:
• Foundation or footer provided by the customer is required
for construction
• In cold climates, a foundation below frost line is
highly recommended
• Our kneewall height requirement is 28" from grade
to covering
ENGINEERING:
• The Nexus home greenhouse models are designed and engineered to meet most
local building code requirements
• Engineered stamped plans are included in the package
